Coretime Pre-Install

As you have agreed to a remote installation, please provide the connection details in the text box at the end of the form. Alternatively if you do not have a preferred method we will use Team Viewer. If this is acceptable we will provide the relevant details for connecting on the day of the install.

To install Coretime we require the MAC Address of the host server to generate your licence string. Please download the MacAdd.exe utility from our support site here and run it on the server.

Please note: this form MUST be filled in at least 2 days prior to the installation taking place or we cannot carry out the work.

Recommended system requirements
The Coretime install requires a minimum of 500MB of disk space PLUS the database files. We recommend having at least 5GB of storage to accommodate this.

Coretime runs on either MySQL or MS SQL, Onesys will install MySQL as part of the install process but if you are intending to use MS SQL this will need to be installed prior to us doing any work.
