Whats Changed

Bespoke Software
If you have any custom reports, bespoke routines or enhancements, please let us know when booking the upgrade or alternatively send an email in to support@coretime.com, this way we can make sure any work is done before your upgrade date.
Grid Time Entry
Coretime v2025 and above now comes with Grid Entry as standard, this enables quick entry of timesheets over multiple days from one screen.
If you are thinking about turning this on, there are are few things to consider.
Any TimeSheets:
- entered or amended after the switch date will be visible within the grid.
- entered before the switch date may not be visible and would need to be complete/approved before continuing.
- entered before the switch date will still be visible in all reports and the Projects Wip screens as normal.
It is recommended that this feature is only enabled or disabled at the end of a month or period.

Leave Manager
Due to the ever-increasing need for employers to allow their employees to work more flexible and variable hours, we have taken the decision to change how the Coretime Leave Manager module works.
From v2025.1 it will only be possible to process all leave requests in hours. The ability to request leave by full or AM/PM is to be removed.
This will bring the Leave Manager in line with the rest of the product which is an Hours based system.
